This is an art the vast majority of the world has NO clue about!
And I am sorry to say,the people who we trust our lives and in some cases,our deaths with.....NO......NOT Yamraj, the DOCTORS - have NO clue of the P of punctuality!
They are one breed who may do operations on time but an outpatient visit?!!?! So help you God,they ensure you leave the marks of your warm posterior on their chairs!
Medical colleges should have a Punctuality Oath along with the Hippocrates Oath! No medical license unless you prove you are punctual!

my main source of frustration in India is this and this only, no sense of time at all amongst people and their behavior is like 'WHAT'S THAT'......... dimag kharaab kar dete hai log, yes, this includes docs and what not, i'm so fed up with this attitude, par if that word is not even in their dictionary, kaise sikhayen?

DeleteThis is a trait that moves with us abroad too. It takes fines,rules & regulations for us to improve wee bit. Punctuality is especially missing in people like electricians,plumbers etc. Plus it is so common to have a 10.30am appointment with the doctor when in actuality he sees you at 3pm...after his rounds of private practise!
Hahaha...people in India will empathy totally with this article. We have each been a part of this punctuality disease at one time or another
